Published tallies carry a hash
Publishing freezes a version of the result and produces a SHA-256 hash. Months later, anyone holding that hash opens the same tally and sees whether anything drifted.
Isolation in the database, not in the UI
Separation between organizations is enforced by Row Level Security on every query. It does not depend on the interface hiding the right button.
A tally engine written before the code
Scale normalization, weights, quorum, knockout criteria and tie-break order follow a public specification, with automated test cases.
How it works
Four moves, from the form to the winner
Every stage has its own window, status and history. The system opens and closes the deadlines; nobody has to remember to chase the jury.
Collect the entries
A versioned native form, a spreadsheet import or the public API — all three at once if you need it. Every entry arrives with a reference number, attachments and history.
Set up the stages and the jury
Criteria with scales and weights, quorum, knockouts and a cut-off rule per stage. Automatic allocation balances the load and respects segment and conflict of interest.
The jury evaluates
Each juror sees only the assigned entries, with the deadline, the scoring guide and autosave. It works on a phone and never loses a draft.
Tally and publish
The ranking recalculates immediately, ties and missing quorum surface on the same screen, and publishing stays blocked until you resolve or justify them. Exports to CSV and PDF.

You define how a score becomes a position before the first evaluation. From then on the system applies the same yardstick to everyone — and opens the arithmetic line by line, down to the score each juror gave on each criterion.

Originality was scored 1 to 5 stars and normalized onto the 0–100 scale - the same as the other criteria, and the same scale every score the product prints uses. Three jurors evaluated it; the stage quorum is two.
- Different scales, one base
- A criterion scored 0 to 10 and one scored 1 to 5 are normalized before they enter the average.
- A weight is a weight
- The proportion you set for each criterion is the proportion that shows up in the final score.
- No quorum, no result
- Below the minimum number of evaluations an entry is not ranked. It appears as a blocker to resolve, not as a low score.
- A knockout stands on its own
- Fail a knockout criterion and the entry leaves the ranking — however high the average is.
- Tie-breaks agreed up front
- Priority criterion, jury agreement and the chair's vote, in the order the edition chose.
- Grand Prix builds its own final
- Stage winners become the final pool, with their own voting method and their own tally.
Transparency
Answer with records, not recollections
Publishing here is not sending a PDF. It writes a version of the result that stays open to inspection — by you, by the sponsor and by whoever challenges it.
- Audit trail
- Invitations, deadlines, reopenings, manual decisions and publications are recorded with author and timestamp.
- Roles and permissions
- Each role sees a slice of the operation, and the history keeps who granted and who revoked every access.
- Protected accounts
- Email verification, a second factor, sessions that expire and a temporary lock after repeated attempts.
- Blind review
- Blind review per stage, and juror identity kept out of the public results page.
- Consent on file
- Each entrant's acceptance is stored with the rules version, the date and the origin — ready for an audit.
- A manual decision is a recorded decision
- Overrides and publishing over an open blocker require a written justification, which travels with the result.

What people ask before starting
- I run several programs and editions. Do I need separate accounts?
- No. One organization holds every program, and each edition has its own windows, segmentations, criteria and stages.
- My rules are very specific. Can the platform adapt?
- Weights, scales, quorum, knockout criteria, cut-off rules and tie-break order are configured stage by stage. Changing a rule does not depend on us.
- My jurors are external guests. Is it simple for them?
- They get an invitation with a deadline, set a password and land straight in the queue of entries assigned to them. No email attachments, no scoring spreadsheet.
- What if someone challenges the winner later?
- You open the published tally by its hash and show who evaluated what, on which criterion, with which score — and which manual decision was taken, with the reason on record.
